For security, we require full payment 48 hours before your journey via our secure payment system. We do not accept cash payments in vehicles for safety and insurance reasons.

What is your cancellation policy for airport transfers?
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair: Cancel 48+ hours before: Full refund minus 15% admin fee. Cancel 24-48 hours before: 50% refund. Cancel within 24 hours: No refund, but we'll try to reschedule if possible. For flight cancellations by airlines, we offer full refunds or free rescheduling subject to availability.
Are your vehicles and chauffeurs fully licensed and insured?
Yes, absolutely. All our vehicles are fully licensed by local authorities, carry comprehensive commercial insurance, and undergo regular safety inspections. Our chauffeurs are DBS checked, and have extensive training in customer service, and local knowledge.
