Flight Cancellations

  • Full refund (minus 15% admin fee) if cancelled 48+ hours before
  • Free rescheduling subject to availability
  • Alternative arrangements for rebooked flights
  • No cancellation fees for airline-initiated cancellations

Terminal Changes

Terminal changes are common, especially at Heathrow. If the terminal changes:

  • Contact us immediately with the new terminal information
  • No additional charges for terminal changes
  • We'll update the chauffeur with the new location

Schedule Modifications

  • Changes 24+ hours before: Free of charge (price may adjust)

Day-of-Travel Checklist

Before the Journey

SMS/Phone Contact Flow

You'll receive an SMS confirmation 24 hours before with chauffeur name, vehicle details, and direct contact number. The chauffeur will call 30 minutes before pickup to confirm location and timing.

Where the Chauffeur Meets

For airport pickups: The chauffeur will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board displaying your name or company logo. They'll be positioned near the main exit after baggage claim.

For home/office pickups: The chauffeur will arrive at the exact address provided and wait outside. They'll call upon arrival if you're not immediately visible.

Luggage Assistance

All our chauffeurs provide full luggage assistance. They'll help load and unload your luggage, ensuring everything is secure. For airport transfers, they'll transport your luggage from the terminal to the vehicle and vice versa.

WiFi Availability

All our vehicles include complimentary WiFi access. The network name and password will be provided by your chauffeur. This allows you to work, check emails, or stay connected throughout your journey.
